Four lots, each roughly half an acre in size, have already been released for purchase through the Red Rock Real Estate brokerage. Cedar Pointe Homes is preparing to start construction early next year on Lot 1, which will feature a four-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom estate on .45 acres of land offering majestic vistas of the surrounding mountains and the newly constructed Red Cliffs Utah LDS Temple. A private pool and spa are included, as well as complete landscaping.
“Shawn R. Patten with Creative Dimensions is incredible at architectural design and vision,” Gulbranson said. “We have worked with Shawn for years, and we’re excited to collaborate with him again on this project.”
Cedar Pointe Homes was selected as a builder for the Summit View community following an extensive application and approval process to find the right homebuilders to bring the project to life.
“We’re extremely excited about this new community and can’t wait for clients to find their dream home in Summit View,” Gulbranson said.
A family-owned and operated business, Cedar Pointe Homes was established in 2016. Before relocating to St. George, the Gulbransons worked in British Columbia, Canada, as logging and construction contractors.
