CONTRIBUTED CONTENT — Cedar Pointe Homes builds custom estate homes that are designed to stir the senses. Crafted for discerning clients who desire the absolute best, their properties are renowned for opulent finishes and thoughtful architectural details throughout.
Cedar Pointe Homes has built residential and vacation homes in Southern Utah’s finest communities, including Desert Color, The Ledges, Entrada, Kayenta and more. Devoted to delivering luxury, they employ some of the top architects, tradesmen and craftsmen in the area.
“We provide a luxury product coupled with a luxury building experience. That means paying attention to the details,” said Kaelen Gulbranson, the company’s president. “We view ourselves as a builder that’s there as an advocate and a guide for our clients through the custom homebuilding process.”
And now, Cedar Pointe Homes is excited to announce St. George’s newest luxury neighborhood, Summit View. With prices starting at $2.5 million for 5,000 square feet of living space, these custom-built estate homes are the pinnacle of prestige.
Summit View is perfectly situated near the intersection of George Washington Boulevard and 3000 East in St. George. This location provides convenient access to downtown, I-15 and other local attractions, not to mention some of the best views in the area. The first phase contains 14 lots.
“The beautiful thing about the community is that every lot has a phenomenal view,” sales manager Keen Cooper said.
Four lots, each roughly half an acre in size, have already been released for purchase through the Red Rock Real Estate brokerage. Cedar Pointe Homes is preparing to start construction early next year on Lot 1, which will feature a four-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom estate on .45 acres of land offering majestic vistas of the surrounding mountains and the newly constructed Red Cliffs Utah LDS Temple. A private pool and spa are included, as well as complete landscaping.
“Shawn R. Patten with Creative Dimensions is incredible at architectural design and vision,” Gulbranson said. “We have worked with Shawn for years, and we’re excited to collaborate with him again on this project.”
Cedar Pointe Homes was selected as a builder for the Summit View community following an extensive application and approval process to find the right homebuilders to bring the project to life.
“We’re extremely excited about this new community and can’t wait for clients to find their dream home in Summit View,” Gulbranson said.
A family-owned and operated business, Cedar Pointe Homes was established in 2016. Before relocating to St. George, the Gulbransons worked in British Columbia, Canada, as logging and construction contractors.
Over the past seven years, Cedar Pointe Homes has grown into one of Southern Utah’s largest custom homebuilders. “Belle of the Beach,” their extraordinary vacation home built on the lagoon in Desert Color, was featured in this year’s St. George Area Parade of Homes. Another custom home, also in Desert Color’s resort area, will be showcased in the tour’s 2024 edition and has already sold.
Cedar Pointe Homes strives to provide a luxury building experience by creating a collaborative and informative environment so that clients can feel at ease throughout the construction process. Everyone involved with the company takes a great deal of pride in their community, in their projects and in each client’s happiness.
