Dr. Reed McNeil Izatt, American chemist, has died at age 97. Reed was born Oct. 10, 1926, in Logan, Utah. He died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Oct. 29, 2023, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 4, at 10 a.m. at Berg Mortuary, Provo, Utah, with visiting an hour prior.
