Balance of Nature was temporarily forced to stop shipping its product late last week after entering a consent decree with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration over dietary supplement labeling requirements. The federal agency acknowledged in a letter Tuesday that the company is in compliance with the decree and associated laws and regulations, allowing it to resume distribution of its product.
“I’m pleased to share that we are in full operation,” Balance of Nature CEO Lex Howard said. “We are excited and well-prepared to meet the heightened demand and expectations of our amazing customers. Ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly is a top priority, especially during this bustling holiday period.”
Balance of Nature is best known for producing premium nutrition supplements sourced from natural, whole foods. The company offers “Fruits & Veggies” and “Fiber & Spice” products which are designed to support a balanced lifestyle.
Despite having its operations halted for a few days, the company says it has successfully navigated demand and logistic complexities to ensure customers receive their orders within regular delivery times.
“We extend our sincere gratitude to our customers for their patience and continuous support, and we remain committed to delivering the highest quality products and exceptional service,” Howard said. “We wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas.”
Balance of Nature is encouraging customers to take advantage of the normal shipping and handling times by placing their orders early to avoid any potential holiday rush.
