Granny was one of a kind. She didn’t care what was happening in your life. Whether you needed a bed to sleep on or just needed a home-cooked meal. Granny always took care of you with open arms and made you feel like you were finally home. She found what you loved and gave it to you in surplus whether that was books, blankets, applesauce, or cinnamon rolls. She left us a loving legacy and if only we can achieve a fraction of that we are doing her proud.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 10, at 1 p.m., at First Southern Baptist Church, 1565 West State St., Hurricane, Utah.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association in Leah’s name or to First Southern Baptist Church.
