ST. GEORGE — Brisk temperatures didn’t scare away anyone from being out and about for Halloween 2023.
In fact, Southern Utahns of all ages donned their best costumes and braved the cool air once again to collect candy and participate in the annual ritual at schools, parties and trick-or-treat activities across the region.
