WASHINGTON CITY — For the third-straight Friday, electricity is out in the Buena Vista-Green Springs area of Washington City.
St. George News has confirmed the electricity is out for many customers in the area.
The outages have also caused issues on one of the last shopping days before Christmas with the lights out at the Walmart of Telegraph Street.
Traffic lights at Green Springs Drive and Red Hill Parkway are also reportedly out.
Power also went out in the same area last Friday, on Sunday, December 10 and on Friday, December 8.
Washington City Power has not provided any explanation for the repeated power outages in the area. Employees with the city’s electrical utility have not been available for comment Friday and their offices are closed for the Christmas holiday.
