Dec. 9, 1994-Jan. 26, 2024

Tyler John Quast joined his Heavenly Father on Jan. 26, 2024. Born on Dec. 9, 1994, to Kenneth and Lisa Quast, Tyler grew up in Ossining, New York, riding bikes and playing video games with the neighborhood kids. Always one to chase adrenaline, Tyler could be found climbing the tallest tree on the block, racing his bike down the biggest hill and trying to be the fastest one to go down the ski slope. He was one to always play tricks and strived to keep people laughing and happy.

Although mischievous, Tyler was not without a sweet side. Always one to volunteer, Tyler would be one of the first to lend a helping hand and always went out of his way to ensure that everyone was taken care of. One only had to briefly mention something, and almost like magic, Tyler would make sure it was addressed. His kindness truly knew no bounds, and he made sure to make everyone feel welcome in all situations.

Tyler is survived by his parents, his Grandma Jane, older brother William and younger sister Katie.

As much as he will be missed here, we are glad that Tyler has been able to join his Grandpa Richard Bronsema and Nana Madelina Quast in the Garden of the Lord. Between Grandpa and Tyler’s jokes and Nana’s cooking, we are sure that heaven is a happier place with the three of them there.

For those who wish to attend, we would like to invite you to a gathering celebrating Tyler at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3, at Serenity Funeral Home of Southern Utah located at 1316 South 400 East #A6, St. George, Utah. Feel free to bring pictures, stories and memories that you would wish to share. Just as Tyler knew no stranger, neither do we, and we hope that all will attend. Light refreshments will be provided.
