CONTRIBUTED CONTENT — Dixie Power, in partnership with the American Red Cross, is proud to announce the success of the annual Dixie Power Blood Drive. Held from Monday, Oct. 23 to Wednesday, Oct. 25, this year’s blood drive surpassed all expectations, collecting a remarkable total of 347 units of lifesaving blood.

With each unit having the potential to save up to three lives, the extraordinary generosity of our donors means that we have the potential to positively impact the lives of 1,041 individuals in need. This achievement would not have been possible without the incredible support received from the community.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our blood drive partners, Dixie Direct and FiiZ drinks, for their invaluable contributions to this event. As incentives for donors, each generous individual received a 2024 Dixie Direct Savings Guide, unlocking exclusive discounts and deals across local businesses, and a $5 FiiZ drinks gift card to enjoy refreshing beverages and treats.
