It’s a decadent array of spare ribs with Carolina mustard glaze, central Texas brisket, barbacoa tacos, smoked turkey, house-made sausage and smoked wings with Pica Rica’s signature white barbecue sauce.
“This has been one of the greatest lunches I’ve ever had in my life,” Demke said.
“I’ll be here again,” Elliot agreed. “I’m from Kansas and I know good barbecue, and this is pretty dang good barbecue.”
