ST. GEORGE — If you’re looking for a refreshing and unique drink experience, get a taste of Asia at Sharetea. This global franchise offers authentic boba tea with delicious toppings and unforgettable flavor combinations.
In this week’s episode of “What’s on the Menu,” host Sheldon Demke took his friend and coworker Rita Vigor to Red Cliffs, Southern Utah’s ultimate shopping destination and the new home of Sharetea St. George. It’s locally owned and operated by people who are passionate about sharing the happiness that boba tea brings.

Sharetea offers exciting menu options ranging from fruit tea and milk tea to ice blended drinks and non-alcoholic tea mojitos. First, they tried the mango and passionfruit blend with boba pearls.
“I love the pearls,” Demke said. “It’s almost like a snack in your tea, and I dig a good snack.”
They also sampled the coffee creama, which definitely didn’t disappoint.
“It’s the perfect sweetness,” Vigor said. “If you’re a coffee lover, that’s the coffee.”
Before leaving, Demke and Vigor indulged in the eye-catching strawberry ice blend with lychee jelly.
“The texture is unique; all the ingredients in this drink come from all over the world,” Demke said. “This is a party drink!”
Sharetea was founded in Taiwan by Cheng Kai-Lung, who quit his job as a film and TV director in 1992 to open his own tea street vendor business. Today, the company operates over 400 stores across 13 countries on four continents. St. George is Sharetea’s third Utah location after West Valley City and Orem.
